Over the past twelve years, Mark Edwards has supervised over fifty online Master of Public Health students completing their dissertations. He has also taught and supervised student research at graduate level at the Australia National University and Monash University and has taught public policy and Australian politics at undergraduate level at the University of Sydney and the University of Canberra. He has over ten years’ experience working with the Australian national government.
Mark’s research covers HIV/AIDS, health policy, public policy processes and the role of non-government actors in the development and implementation of health policy. He is also interested making international comparisons in politics, public policy and foreign policy. He teaches health promotion, health and social policy, public policy and public administration, and qualitative research methods.
