Satwinder Rehal has been teaching the University of Liverpool online Master of Public Health programme since September 2008. The modules he teaches include Programme and Policy Challenges in Low Income Countries and the qualitative component of the Integrated Research in Public Health: Epidemiology and Qualitative Methods module. He is also a Dissertation Adviser.
Satwinder holds postgraduate qualifications in health social sciences. He is a Kenyan citizen but is currently based in the Philippines where he is a part-time Lecturer at the HZB School of International Relations, Philippine Women's University (PWU) in Manila and also Senior Lecturer in the Diploma/Master in International Health programme with the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). He has a number of publications to his name.
