Dr Jessica Keyes is an instructor, dissertation advisor, faculty manager, critical reader and subject matter expert for a number of online postgraduate programmes at the University of Liverpool.

She joined the team in 2004, having been awarded her PhD in Management from Northcentral University in the United States and her MBA from New York University. Her main research interests are management and information technology.

Author and editor-in-chief of a number of highly regarded reference books on a wide range of IT and management issues, she is regularly invited to speak at international technology conferences.

Jessica has been an advisor for DataPro, McGraw-Hill's computer research arm, and is a former member of the Sprint Business Council. She was a founding Board of Directors member of the New York Software Industry Association and the Mayor of New York City's Small Business Advisory Council.

She has also been employed as a facilitator/professor at various other institutions, including Virginia Tech.
