John Russo is an online instructor, dissertation advisor, critical reader and course manager for a number of online postgraduate programmes at the University of Liverpool.

He has an MSc in Computer Science from Boston University and an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

A regular speaker at major conferences and author of a number of highly regarded academic papers and books, he has worked as a consultant to several start-ups. He is also on the board of the Text and Academic Author’s Association in the United States and is a programme evaluator for ABET, the accreditation body for educational programmes in applied science, computing, engineering, and engineering technology.

John is a full-time faculty member in computer science at an engineering institute in Boston.
