Dr Osama Morad is an honorary lecturer with the University of Liverpool Online Programmes. Since 2000, he has served as an instructor, dissertation advisor and subject matter expert.

Awarded a PhD in Information Technology from George Mason University in the United States in 1993, he also has three masters degrees in Instructional Systems Development - Training Systems, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering.

He served on the executive committee of the Central Maryland Association of .NET Professionals from June 2003 to July 2013 and his research and expertise has been reproduced in training workshops and industry papers since 1996.

He has a keen interest in the technicalities of online learning and instructional design and operates his own learning and training company, which specialises in technical training. He has consulted with many private and state organisations in his professional remit.
