One of the most important topics I came to understand and assess further is Risk. I’m now more confident to handle my projects with better understanding for the challenges and risks might impact the project, and in searching for the best approaches to mitigate them.Do you think you are a more effective Project Manager as a result of this programme? And is it having a positive impact on your career?
Today, I stand confidently and say I’m more of an ‘Effective Project Manager’ than before I started with this programme.
