We want you to succeed! From the moment you first contact us, right through to graduation, you can expect dedicated support.
An Enrolment Advisor will call you to discuss your goals, online degree choice, finance options, and application for admission to the University.
Your Enrolment Advisor will encourage you to complete the Student Readiness Orientation course and buy your text books in good time.
A team of personal Student Support Managers will be available by email and phone to help with your non-academic questions – general study, financial and technical issues. You can also consult the Student Information and Support website.
In addition to feedback from peers, you’ll have guidance on subject matter issues from experienced international faculty. You’ll also have access to the University of Liverpool Online Library, a Writing Centre with tutors who can help you improve your academic writing skills, and short online courses on citation, referencing and other study skills. For masters or doctoral degrees, you’ll have an Advisor or Supervisor for the final research phase.
Your Student Support Team will explain what to do if you choose to attend graduation in Liverpool. We’ll also be in Liverpool to answer queries and help you meet other students and faculty. Learn more about graduation.
